Roll, Roll, Roll-over

Believe it or not, I rolled over onto my tummy on Wed while lounging on the sofa. Mind you, I did this all on my own without any help, ain't I strong! I still need to work on my arm strength and firm up my neck muscles to do a sphinx or sea lion pose but no worries, I'm almost there ... watch this space for more updates on my development!

Wow bravo!! Sphinx pose then followed by Table Top pose... and then u can join your mummy in Yoga yeah!
